Coverboy Interview:

Michael gets around. No, not in the fun way that comes to mind. Instead, this 28-year-old has found himself bouncing all over the Northeast – New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, D.C., Rhode Island – first as a kid, and now in pursuit of his business and finance degree. It's that pursuit that, most recently, took him out of D.C. and to Philadelphia, where he was able to get in-state tuition rates. But he's counting the months till he can make a Washington return. ''I'm just waiting to finish school,'' promises the Northeast native. When pragmatic Michael's in town, look for him at JR.'s or in lounges where the volume is low enough for conversation. ''As I get older, it's more the bar atmosphere, to talk and interact more. And I don't like to stay up too late.''

Do you have many regrets?I have regrets about sometimes putting other people ahead of me.

Pick three people, living or dead, who you think would make the most fascinating dinner guests imaginable.Jenny McCarthy. She's insane – but not in a homicidal way. And Meryl Streep and Goldie Hawn. Death Becomes Her is my favorite movie.

What would you serve? They'd be really disappointed if I was cooking.

Well, where would you order from?I was thinking they'd cook for me. Wouldn't they have a chef on hand?

Good point. How would you describe your dream guy?Definitely a good sense of humor. Even-tempered. Responsible. Someone with big dreams and a logical game plan.

What about physically?I'm more mental. Looks matter, but they're not the most important thing. None of my boyfriends look like each other – they're all over the place.

Define good in bed.If you can stimulate my mind, I'm sure it's going to be good.

Who should star in a movie about your life?I've been told I kind of look like Hugh Jackman, so let's pick him.

Who was your first celebrity crush?Brad Pitt.

What do you think of his recent donation to HRC?It's awesome, a step in the right direction.

Poor hygiene and a bad attitude.

What's something you've always wanted to do but haven't yet tried?Skydive. But I'm afraid of heights.

What's something you've tried that you never want to do again? Some hot sauce my neighbor had. I was gagging. I thought I was going to die.

Boxers, briefs or other?I'm really into underwear. It's a big turn on, all kinds. Just nothing girly – no lace, no thongs.

What's your favorite website?Finance websites. All of 'em. I enjoy spreadsheets.

What's the most unusual place you've had sex?In my house. Sex is more enjoyable without facing jail time. If I'm worried, it's not going to be good.

What's your favorite food to splurge with?I'm a cookie monster. I'll even eat cookies I don't like. I'll complain that they sucked after I eat the whole box.

What's your favorite season? For clothing, fall. But summer because sunshine and warmth makes me happy.

What kind of animal would you be?One that doesn't end up on your back or your feet or for somebody to carry their lipstick in. An animal where your first instinct isn't to kill it. Something you want to snuggle.

What kind of plant would you be?Cactus flower. I'm good from a distance, but you don't want to grab me.

What kind of car would you be?Fast, but with good handling. Sporty, black on black, a coupe.
